Dangerous Beauty
Aoraki National Park, Canterbury, South Island, New Zealand
Aoraki. Mount Cook. The tallest peak in New Zealand and one of its biggest killers. This mountain is deceptive. Not particularly difficult in terms of mountaineering, it claims lives every year nonetheless. This beauty is a stoic reminder that we are not in control when we put ourselves in nature's domain.
